SERVICE POLICIES
Service Area
We currently serve Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, and Yelm.
Service availability depends on your location and schedule openings. We are licensed and insured!

YARD CARE:
Clients must ensure SAFE AND UNLOCKED ACCESS to the yard on the scheduled service day. If we cannot access the yard, the visit will be marked as a MISSED SERVICE FEE (see below).

PETS IN YARD:
For everyone's safety:
1) Dogs must be BROUGHT INSIDE or SECURELY SEPARATED during cleanup.
2) If your dog is not secured, we may reschedule the visit.

PAYMENT POLICIES:
1) Payment is due AT TIME OF SERVICE unless billed weekly or monthly.
2) We accept: Cash, Card, Zelle, and Venmo.
3) Late payments may result in paused services until the balance is paid.

MISSED SERVICE/CANCELLATION POLICIES:
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Cancel 24 HOURS BEFORE your appointment=NO FEE
2) Cancel SAME DAY=$10 cancellation fee

MISSED SERVICE (LOCKED GATE/NO ACCESS):
If we arrive and cannot access the yard:
1) A $10 MISSED SERVICE FEE will be applied
2) We will attempt to reschedule the same week if possible.

YARD PREPARATION POLICIES:
To provide quality cleanup:
1) Grass must be kept at a REASONABLE HEIGHT
2) Excessive leaves, debris, or overgrowth may require an EXTRA CHARGE.
3) If the yard is extremely polluted from long periods without cleaning, a HEAVY-DUTY CLEANUP FEE applies.

DOG WASTE VOLUME POLICIES:
If the yard has MONTHS OF UNCOLLECTED WASTE before your first visit, an initial one-time HEAVY-DUTY CLEANUP FEE will apply (starting at $60+depending on yard size).

SAFETY POLICIES:
We will not enter yards that contain:
1) Aggressive animals
2) Hazardous materials
3) Unsafe environments
4) Extreme weather or flooding conditions
Your visit will be rescheduled if safety is a concern.

WEATHER POLICIES:
We work in most weather conditions, but may reschedule for:
1) Lightning
2) Extreme storms
3) Heavy snowfall
4) Ice hazards

If you feel an area was missed, contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS, and we will return FREE OF CHARGE to correct it.​​​​
